• Conceptual design development of themes, materials, finishings and furnishings, including elements like doors, flooring, lighting, and custom millwork.  
• Working drawings — selecting & specifying of all materials and the preparation of detailed drawings (ie. Elevations, sections, floor patterns, millwork, etc.  
• Construction administration — site visits, deficiency reports, change notices, submittals, etc.  
• Furniture & furnishing procurement and coordination of installation.
